12.1 The phjil platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. phjil does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 During registration, users are required to confirm their age. phjil conducts identity and age verification through its KYC process. If phjil discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant account will be suspended immediately, data related to the account will be deleted or anonymised to the extent permitted by PAGCOR and AMLC retention requirements, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.
