You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You represent that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.
3.2 phjil reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) phjil account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. phjil may verify the accuracy of your information at any time.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjil login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must:
4.4 Account Suspension and Closure. phjil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of regulatory authorities. 4.5 KYC Verification. phjil conducts identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering requirements. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, passport, driver's license, PhilSys ID, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phjil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-domiciled payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All phjil accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. phjil does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100.00. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phjil is obligated to comply with Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. phjil may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement investigation.
6.1 phjil may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programs to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which are disclosed in full prior to opt-in.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Players are required to complete wagering requirements within any stated time limit.

6.6 phjil reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid for Philippine-resident players only unless otherwise stated.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phjil platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
7.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games offered on the phjil platform use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness by recognized testing laboratories. phjil makes RTP (Return to Player) data available for all slots accessible on the Platform.
7.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are facilitated by third-party studio providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and Microgaming. 7.5 Disputed Results. If you believe the result of a game round is incorrect, you must raise a formal dispute with phjil support within fourteen (14) days of the relevant game session. Disputes raised outside this period may not be investigated. phjil's dispute resolution decisions are subject to PAGCOR oversight in applicable cases.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjil platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately upon request. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

10.1 All content on the phjil platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of phjil or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phjil platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the phjil platform without the prior written consent of phjil.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjil's total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on phjil during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 phjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
11.3 phjil does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games. phjil shall not be liable for losses attributable to such events.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phjil's liability for death or personal injury caused by phjil's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
12.1 phjil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the phjil Privacy Policy.
12.2 phjil processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. phjil is registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) as required by applicable law.
12.3 phjil may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.
13.1 phjil reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://phjil.club/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated.
13.2 For material changes, phjil will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent Platform notice, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
13.3 Your continued use of the phjil Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phjil support.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
14.2 Regulatory Oversight. The phjil platform operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Matters relating to the legality and conduct of online gaming activities on the phjil platform are subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction.
14.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and phjil arising from your use of the Platform, you must first contact phjil's customer support team via Live Chat or email to seek an informal resolution. phjil will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.4 Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, where applicable.
